Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1 — Arrival in Arusha
Airport pickup and transfer to hotel. Welcome briefing with safari guide. Free time to relax. Overnight in Arusha.
Day 2 — Arusha → Tarangire
Full-day game drive with opportunities to see elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest and bird species. Picnic lunch. Overnight Tarangire/Karatu.
Day 3 — Tarangire → Lake Manyara
Game drive through the park, visit the lake and forest areas, with an optional cultural experience. Overnight Karatu/Lake Manyara.
Day 4 — Lake Manyara → Serengeti
Drive via Ngorongoro Conservation Area, followed by an afternoon game drive. Search for the Big Five and more. Overnight Serengeti.
Day 5 — Full-Day Serengeti Safari
Early morning game drive, picnic lunch and exploration of different areas. Search for wildebeest migration when seasonal. Overnight Serengeti.
Day 6 — Serengeti Exploration
Morning and afternoon game drives looking for lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants and buffalo. Optional Maasai experience. Overnight Serengeti.
Day 7 — Serengeti → Ngorongoro
Morning game drive followed by a scenic journey through the highlands. Optional Maasai village visit. Overnight Karatu.
Day 8 — Ngorongoro Crater
Full-day crater safari with picnic lunch. Search for lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos and, with luck, rhinos. Ascend the crater rim. Overnight Karatu.
Day 9 — Karatu → Arusha
Optional coffee farm or cultural activity. Transfer to Arusha with free afternoon for shopping. Overnight Arusha.
Day 10 — Arusha → Airport
Breakfast, check-out and airport transfer. End of the unforgettable Tanzania safari.
